What is the difference between Visual Job Manager & Time & Material Manager?

Time & Material Invoice Manager has been developed for small businesses that provide service calls on a Time & Material billing basis. In addition to all the features of Time & Material Invoice Manager, Visual Job Manager also has purchasing, deposit billing, employee records, time sheet tracking and a take-off grid for quotations. How do I set default sales tax and markup values in the program?

You will be able to setup all administration, passwords, upload company logo, set comments, sales tax and markup values on the Setup Window.

How do I save and email my report as a PDF document?

To save a report simply select the save button located on the report preview tool bar. By default the report will be saved as a PDF file. Once saved just add the file to your outgoing email as an attachment to send it.

How do I purchase a registration key to activate my software?

What is a Digital Purchase?

Our Digital purchase service allows for you to download the fully functional trial version for evaluation. After the evaluation period expires you can purchase the software online through our secure online ordering. No shipping is involved and once the order is completed, you will receive your new registration code with you order confirmation email.

Can I also purchase the software on a CD?

Yes you can also order the CD version of our products along with the Digital Purchase service. There is an additional fee of $10.95 for this service and the CD will be shipped to you by mail.

How many times can I activate my software if I need to reinstall it?

You can reinstall the software as many times as needed without having to reactivate it. The only time you will need to enter your user name and key is if you upgrade to a new computer down the road.
